Please do not submit medical reports or sensitive health information in this form. Your enquiry and contact consent are saved for our team to follow up. Sending the form does not confirm a booking.
Website analytics
We record page views, selected buttons, form starts, submission outcomes and scroll depth to understand how people discover and use this website. Records may include the referring website’s hostname, campaign tags, landing page, page path, device category, screen size, browser language and approximate country where available. A random session identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage. We do not store your IP address in our analytics records.
Names, phone numbers and form field contents are not sent to the analytics event log. Source attribution is also attached to your enquiry so we can understand which channels bring enquiries. Browser Do Not Track is respected for optional analytics; submitted enquiries are still saved.
Access and third parties
Lead details and analytics are available only through the protected team dashboard. Website hosting providers process information to operate the service. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation is handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Clicking a call or WhatsApp button does not submit a website enquiry.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiries for follow-up and service coordination, and analytics to assess website performance. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your permission for further contact.
